AIRankCard vs Otterly.AI: which one do you need?
Want to see where you stand first? Run the free check: 3 questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, no signup.
Otterly.AI and AIRankCard both answer one question: do AI assistants recommend you, and who do they name instead? They solve it in different ways.
Otterly.AI in short
Otterly.AI is a daily AI search tracker. According to its pricing page:
- Lite: $29/month ($25/month billed annually), 15 prompts tracked daily, 1 workspace.
- Standard: $189/month, 100 prompts. Premium: $489/month, 400 prompts. Enterprise is a custom quote.
- Included engines: ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot. Google AI Mode, Gemini and Claude are paid add-ons (on Lite: $9, $9 and $29 a month).
- Unlimited team members on every plan. Extra prompts cost $99 per 100, but only on Standard and Premium.
Where Otterly is stronger: daily tracking and history, more AI engines, 50+ countries, team access and API access on higher plans. Lite is a low-cost way to track AI answers every day.
Its limits for a small business: it's a monthly subscription, you pick and maintain your own prompts, and Gemini costs extra. Lite can't be topped up, so going past 15 prompts means moving to Standard.
AIRankCard in short
- Free check: 3 buyer-style questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. It shows whether you were named, who was named instead, and which sites were cited.
- Report + Fix Kit: $19 one time. 10 questions × 3 AIs = 30 answers, your top competitors, the cited sites, and copy-paste fixes written for your business (homepage sentence, FAQ with schema code, business info code, listing text for cited sites, a comparison page draft, review requests). See a sample.
Where AIRankCard is stronger: no subscription, no setup, and it hands you the fixes instead of stopping at a score. Gemini is included.
Its limits: it's a snapshot, not ongoing tracking. AI answers change from day to day, so one check is a sample. It covers 3 AIs, has no team features, and it can't promise you'll be recommended.
Which should you pick?
- You want to watch the same prompts every day and report on trends: Otterly.AI.
- You want to know once whether AI names you, and what to change: start with a one-time check, then decide if daily tracking is worth a monthly fee.
You can test by hand for free too: ask each assistant "best [your service] in [your city]", note who gets named, and click the sources. Those sites are where you need to be listed.
